Structural & other repairs


Issues requiring repairs include such things as leaky windows; Deck stairs which have signs of rot;

 Rims on decks which have been stressed, dropped or broken; Mold growing below siding; wood boring insects; wind, water and weather damage.   


We use the Delmhorst J-2000 to check for current moisture levels in the construction and repairs to insure accuracy in detection of weather and/or water damage as well as the requirements set forth by the state for the structural members to be below 19%.
